Heard this morning at our house, as Lee ironed clothes for work....
sophie- Daddy, why do you wear a shirt under that buttoned shirt?
lee- well, i really don't know sophie, it is just what boys do.
sophie- is it in case if someone takes that top shirt you still have another shirt on?
lee- i guess so, sophie.
harper- daddy, i hope nobody steals your pants! they might see your BUTT (screaming that particular word loudly, knowing she isn't supposed to say it, followed by a loud laugh)
lee- harper, saying that word isn't funny.
sophie- well, daddy, it WAS a little funny then.
